Our aim is to help your patients return to a sense of normality as soon as possible, so they’ll have a great nursing team to support them every step of the way. They’ll look after all aspects of your patients’ home treatments, from bespoke medical care to help with their general wellbeing and counselling. As well as improving patient choice, giving patients the option to have treatment at home can play a vital role in a capacity management strategy and can even allow you to expand your practice geographically.

How it works

What to expect from our cancer treatment at home

Consultant-led care, with a fully integrated team

Throughout the whole process we liaise closely with you and your team to provide timely clinical assessments after every visit, so you can focus on providing the very best medical advice. At all times your dedicated patient liaison officer will make sure everything runs smoothly.

We make it easy from day one

We respond to private patient referrals in 24 hours and patients can expect to be on treatment within 1 week of a referral. We’ll also provide you with free iQemo software for easy referrals, uploading blood results and sending you a Clinical Evaluation Form (CEF) after each patient visit.

Smooth patient on-boarding

For new consultants and regular referrers, we will make a nurse available to attend your clinics, even if the clinics are held outside of business hours. Then once a patient is referred to us, we’ll reach out directly to them with a treatment pack and a call to introduce ourselves.

We provide the reassurance of a 24-hour telephone advice service for private healthcare patients and their carers. The service is operated by experienced nurses providing round- the-clock support.

Reduced risk of cross infection

During cancer treatment when a patient’s immunity is weak, travelling to and from hospital or entering a hospital environment increases a patient’s risk of infection. Treatment at home helps lower that risk.

No VAT on drugs administered at home

As no VAT is applied on drugs administered at home, treatment is often significantly cheaper for your self-funded patients and the private healthcare companies.

Access to a clinical nurse specialist

Researchers found that having the support of a clinical nurse specialist was the biggest factor in providing a positive patient experience, which is why we make sure your patients have one straight away.
